Our company is looking for a Revenue Care Specialist, Airfreight to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Customer Care teams for clarifications and checking Wiki customer pages;
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned at a later point;
  • Timely escalation handling for SSC when assistance is needed for Revenue Care processes;
  • Collaborate with the Airfreight Process Manager to drive SSC and automation utilization related to Finance/Billing processes;
  • Pre-audit all elements and execute internal billings required for our K+N invoices.Monitor SSC performance related to Finance/Billing processes;
  • Centre and communicate potential gaps seen in the OCC and CCL to their leadership;
  • Execute timely invoicing according to our corporate standards;
  • Analyze, maintain and ensure accurate system loading of customer tariffs by using Airfreight 2.0 methodology to communicate when updates are needed;
  • Employ continuous improvement measures to meet financial KPI’s within the Revenue Care;
  • Manage FSL status through accurate GP confirmation on a daily basis;
  • Drive and maximize charge code automation and auto-close function;
  • Analyze and action corporate financial reports as necessary in order to improve financial KPI’s.

Requirements:

  • Finance background;
  • 2+ years of Air Logistics experience;
  • Strong time management skills and problem solving skills;
  • Freight Forwarding Certification/ Diploma.
