Our company is looking for a Cruise Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Shore operations team where and when needed;
  • Meet & greet cruise guests pleasantly and in a knowledgeable manner;
  • Direct guests through the terminal facility during embarkation and disembarkation process;
  • Check-in guests at Canada Place with the cruise lines respective software (training on site);
  • Assist guests with transfers between the Airport, Hotels and Pier;
  • Other duties as assigned according to ships and shore operations;
  • Assist guests with missing baggage or any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

  • Computer skills required for check-in representative functions;
  • Previous customer service/hospitality experience is an asset;
  • Fluent in English. Knowledge of a second language in addition to English is a plus but not required;
  • High level of professionalism and well-groomed appearance a must;
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be proactive towards our guests;
  • TSC (Transport Canada clearance) approve is a plus;
  • Solutions-oriented attitude with excellent communication and customer service skills with large groups and individuals.
