Our company is looking for a Beauty shop manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead/manage the spa team according to business standards;
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and client retention initiatives;
  • Informing staff of job responsibilities, performance expectations, client service standards, or company policies and guidelines;
  • Assessing staffing needs and hiring and training employees to meet those needs;
  • Achieve and exceed the set spa budget ensuring spa efficiency and profitability;
  • Manage account, plan budgets and monitor revenues;
  • Maintain established procedures to ensure all treatment rooms, restrooms, stock room and reception areas are clean and organized;
  • Direct and oversee all functions of the spa’s daily operations;
  • Evaluate client’s needs and address clients complain to improve customer experience and satisfaction;
  • Train staff to use or sell products, services, and packages.

Requirements:

  • At least one-year experience in staff and operation management;
  • Knowledge of spa products and medical cosmetic procedures and inventory management preferred;
  • De gree or diploma in Business Administration/Management or related field;
  • Excellent communication skills and good interpersonal skills;
  • Experience in spa, massage, or esthetics service industry is a great asset.
