  • Knowledge of travel industry trends, destinations, and products, to provide expert advice and recommendations to clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the success of the travel agency.
  • Experience using reservation and booking systems, such as Amadeus or Sabre, to efficiently manage and confirm travel arrangements.
  • Strong sales skills and customer service orientation, to drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling travel products and services.
  • Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate clients' schedules and changes in travel plans.
