Our company is looking for a Sales Manager – Canada & US to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Define and implement appropriate sales strategies to meet demand;
- Communicate recruitment needs, supported by growth targets and workload;
- Work closely with other teams to increase listings’ visibility, in particular PR, content and translation teams;
- Structure your objectives by firstly setting team sales targets and subsequently the targets of your team;
- Hire,train and mentor team members to inculcate a sales mindset, commercial skills, assessing performance via annual reviews and one-to-ones;
- Manage and work on key accounts;
- Be responsible for building the sales team, informing the UK office of specific needs for training material for your territory;
- Hit the ground running by proactively and strategically targeting potential business;
- Identify, implement and report on new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Essential – Road vs Office: 10% vs 90%
- Essential – At least 2 years managing, coaching and mentoring;
- Essential – Languages: English and French;
- Essential – Development vs Maintenance: 90% vs 10%
