Our company is looking for a Home Comfort Advisor (Outside Sales Advisor) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Engaging new, current and previous customers with solutions for their home comfort needs;
- Helping homeowners save money on utilities and future repairs;
- Conduct follow up calls to ensure 100% satisfaction and generate a referral base;
- Attaining sales goals at or above quota revenues.
Requirements:
- Self-motivated and driven to exceed goals and expectations;
- Skillful at building strong relationships;
- Post-secondary education in business OR marketing (an asset);
- Proven track record of success;
- Basic PC computer proficiency;
- Prior experience in HVAC is not required;
- Minimum three years of business to consumer sales;
- Strong organizational, time-management and prioritization skills as well as solid analytical and problem solving abilities;
- Flexibility to work days, evenings and some weekends.
