Our company is looking for a Bilingual Client Onboarding Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in weekly meetings with the Onboarding team;
  • Build and nuture client relationships;
  • Managing new client accounts and being the main point-of-contact until they go live;
  • Resolve and/or escalate client technical issues;
  • Ensuring retention and maintaining overall client satisfaction;
  • Demos: Train new clients on our software;
  • Use internal tools to assist with onboarding.

Requirements:

  • You are a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Experience with using KPI tracking metrics for onboarding;
  • You analyze challenges proactively and brainstorm effective solutions;
  • Salesforce experience;
  • You are an expert multi-tasker and always stay on top of your deadlines;
  • You have 3+ years of Client Success/Customer Support experience at a tech company;
  • You have experience with using best practices for reducing a client’s implementation;
  • You have the ability to manage multiple projects and digest new software;
  • You are able to communicate proficiently (written and verbal) in both English and French. Spanish is a bonus;
  • You have immaculate attention to detail.
