Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Formal apprenticeship or technical training in tool making
- Proficient in using various hand and power tools
- Knowledge of different types of metal and their properties
- Able to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Skilled in operating computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Experience in precision measurement tools such as micrometers and calipers
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
