Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Formal apprenticeship or technical training in tool making
  • Proficient in using various hand and power tools
  • Knowledge of different types of metal and their properties
  • Able to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
  • Skilled in operating computer-aided design (CAD) software
  • Experience in precision measurement tools such as micrometers and calipers
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
