Requirements:
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately
- Proficiency in various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Stick welding
- Experience in maintenance and repair of industrial equipment, machinery, and structures
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to welding and industrial maintenance
- Ability to operate and maintain welding equipment and tools efficiently
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
