Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of press operators to ensure production efficiency and quality output
- Monitor and adjust machine settings to maintain proper print quality and minimize waste
- Maintain accurate production records and communicate any issues or concerns to management
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any mechanical or technical issues
- Train and coach new press operators on machine operation, safety procedures, and job duties
- Coordinate with other departments, such as prepress and finishing, to ensure timely completion of jobs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Experience in operating and setting up printing presses
- Knowledge of different types of printing presses and their maintenance procedures
- Ability to read and interpret job orders and blueprints
- Proficiency in color matching and ink mixing

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
