Gundrill Operators Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Gundrill Operators to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Experienced with Fanuc controls;
- Set up jobs and load programs into MasterCam;
- Experienced with MasterCam software;
- Read and interpret engineering CAD files;
- Must be able to complete setups;
- Must be proficient with measuring tools to ensure work conforms to design in data.
Requirements:
- Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs);
- Machining Tools and Machines: 3 Axis Gundrill;
- Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots, basic tools, safety glasses;
- Type of Machine Experience: CNC, Allen-Bradley;
- 2 years or more experience;
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment; tight deadlines; physically demanding; Standing for extended periods.
