Our company is looking for a Franchise Performance Coach to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • You will facilitate annual business planning sessions with each Franchisee;
  • Expedia CruiseShipCenters promotions & sales events,
  • Coach Franchisees on their Quarterly business plans, maintaining a focus on local execution of the core Franchise strategies;
  • In-center merchandising,
  • Consultant recruitment marketing;
  • Ensure consultant Recruitment & Onboarding, and Sales Team Leadership remain continuous priorities of Franchisees ;
  • Customer attraction and retention marketing,

Requirements:

  • Able to interpret analytics to determine business trends, both risks and opportunities at the unit level;
  • You possess a degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience;
  • You have a strong bias for action;
  • A very strong team player who has the mindset of one team, one group, first;
  • Ability to influence decisions and manage conflict;
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience as in field coaching/support within a franchise environment;
  • Able to build and maintain positive working relationships across stakeholders;
  • Experience coaching and supporting Multi-Unit Operators;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • You are results-oriented with a strong desire to drive sales by developing and coaching people.
