Franchise Performance Coach Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Franchise Performance Coach to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- You will facilitate annual business planning sessions with each Franchisee;
- Expedia CruiseShipCenters promotions & sales events,
- Coach Franchisees on their Quarterly business plans, maintaining a focus on local execution of the core Franchise strategies;
- In-center merchandising,
- Consultant recruitment marketing;
- Ensure consultant Recruitment & Onboarding, and Sales Team Leadership remain continuous priorities of Franchisees ;
- Customer attraction and retention marketing,
Requirements:
- Able to interpret analytics to determine business trends, both risks and opportunities at the unit level;
- You possess a degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience;
- You have a strong bias for action;
- A very strong team player who has the mindset of one team, one group, first;
- Ability to influence decisions and manage conflict;
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience as in field coaching/support within a franchise environment;
- Able to build and maintain positive working relationships across stakeholders;
- Experience coaching and supporting Multi-Unit Operators;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- You are results-oriented with a strong desire to drive sales by developing and coaching people.
