The Warehouse Clerks are responsible for maintaining inventory, preparing orders, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations. They handle tasks such as receiving, stocking, packing, and organizing goods, utilizing effective communication and accuracy to meet customer demands.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and timely inventory management by performing regular cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies
  • Receive, inspect, and put away incoming shipments in an organized and efficient manner
  • Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, in a safe and efficient manner
  • Keep the warehouse clean and organized, adhering to all safety and sanitation standards
  • Communicate effectively with other warehouse staff, supervisors, and management regarding inventory levels, order status, and any issues that arise
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as needed, including inventory audits, process improvements, and other initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and activities in the warehouse management system

Requirements:

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
