Responsibilities:

  • Customer account maintenance;
  • Communicate with customers, via phone, email and online chat;

  • Provide Tier 1 technical support for Internet, VoIP Phone and IPTV Television;
  • Process various support tickets through online portals.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of basic computer networking, including wireless router setup;
  • Excellent english communication skills, written and spoken;
  • Working knowledge of current computer systems.
