Our company is looking for a Sales Support and Customer Success to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, presentations and quotes;
  • Provide feedback to the engineering team on product features that will improve customer satisfaction;
  • Occasional document creation, editing, management (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc);
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest;
  • Post-sales follow up to drive repeat business;
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects, via consistent follow-up and input to CRM;
  • Customer onboarding to ensure traction;
  • Build channel partners pipeline and close deals;
  • Occasional outbound cold calls and emails to validate niche markets prior to handing over to SDR (for volume calls);
  • Regular sales forecasts and metrics reporting;
  • Regularly support marketing, for example, feedback on the marketing funnel and messaging;
  • Closing smaller opportunities and achieve quarterly quotas;
  • Develop effective sales tactics by understanding customer needs, analysis of the market and competitors;
  • Occasional assistance to the Customer Support team for customer issues;
  • Routing qualified enterprise opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.

  • Strong desire to grow with the organization;

  • Track record of over-achieving quota in B2B, ideally in similar technologies;

  • A minimum of 2 years proven sales experience;
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively;
  • Account Based Marketing;
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day;
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
