Our company is looking for a Sales And Customer Service Associate to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Able to generate new leads, and follow up on recurrent basis, to ensure max enrolment in each course;
- Respond to inquiries via email, or in person from present and potential students with the necessary info, for upcoming courses.
Requirements:
- Someone who is enthusiastic and customer focused;
- Experience working in an educational setting (an asset);
- A strong communicator, who enjoys responding to customers via phone, email, or in person;
- Strong interest in sales, with a track record of strong customer relationships;
- Must have, a valid BC driver’s license, and a vehicle;
- Must have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook,
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of prior experience in customer service/sales;
- Experience using Skype and social media (an asset);
- Marketing Degree, with previous sales experience (an asset);
- Enjoy being the face of the organization to potential customers;
- Ability to use any CRM software (i.e. Sales force);
- Ultimately, a Customer Service Associate who loves, and breathes, the sales industry;
- Must be fluent in English.
