Our company is looking for a Sales And Customer Service Associate to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Able to generate new leads, and follow up on recurrent basis, to ensure max enrolment in each course;
  • Respond to inquiries via email, or in person from present and potential students with the necessary info, for upcoming courses.

Requirements:

  • Someone who is enthusiastic and customer focused;
  • Experience working in an educational setting (an asset);
  • A strong communicator, who enjoys responding to customers via phone, email, or in person;
  • Strong interest in sales, with a track record of strong customer relationships;
  • Must have, a valid BC driver’s license, and a vehicle;
  • Must have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook,
  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of prior experience in customer service/sales;
  • Experience using Skype and social media (an asset);
  • Marketing Degree, with previous sales experience (an asset);
  • Enjoy being the face of the organization to potential customers;
  • Ability to use any CRM software (i.e. Sales force);
  • Ultimately, a Customer Service Associate who loves, and breathes, the sales industry;
  • Must be fluent in English.
