Our company is looking for a Retention Team Lead to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify risk to Geotab account health, and ensure appropriate re-engagement techniques & save plans are executed across relevant stakeholders;
  • Remain at the forefront of the Customer Success Industry by attending conferences, seminars, etc;
  • Provide high-level and actionable churn and risk reporting to relevant stakeholders;
  • Present actionable and proactive insights for internal and external (partner) teams to action as it relates to at risk customers;
  • Identify new risk factors impacting the customer in each stage of their lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with Fleet Industry preferred;
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively uncover risk associated with customer accounts, along with successful remediation tactics to address said risk;
  • Bachelor Degree in a Business Management or Technology related field, or 3 years equivalent experience required;
  • Empathetic with excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to solve problems/find solutions while handling objections. Strong collaborator;
  • Minimum of 3 years management experience required;
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex, data rich opportunities and challenges (multi-layered/interdepartmental);
  • Minimum of 5 years in a similar role in a technology company offering SaaS products;
  • Strategic thinker with a high sense of urgency Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously;
  • Systems experience with Salesforce Lightning and Google for Work applications preferred.
