Platform Support Specialist Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Platform Support Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Answer our clients’ technical requests;
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure prompt resolution;
- Develop an internal and external knowledge base;
- All other related tasks;
- Daily monitoring of platform to forecast potential issues;
- Diagnose and escalate issues when appropriate;
- Consult our clients (publishers and advertisers) to help them get the most out of Hivestack;
- Identify, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field;
- Knowledge of Linux;
- Excellent spoken and written English;
- Ability to work in a high energy environment with changing priorities;
- Possess great attention to detail and autonomy;
- Understanding of databases;
- Experience with SQL (MySQL and/or PostGRES);
- Minimum 2 year of support experience in a web-based environment;
- Proven knowledge of scripting language (bash, python, perl, html).
