Our company is looking for a Platform Support Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer our clients’ technical requests;
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure prompt resolution;
  • Develop an internal and external knowledge base;
  • All other related tasks;
  • Daily monitoring of platform to forecast potential issues;
  • Diagnose and escalate issues when appropriate;
  • Consult our clients (publishers and advertisers) to help them get the most out of Hivestack;
  • Identify, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field;
  • Knowledge of Linux;
  • Excellent spoken and written English;
  • Ability to work in a high energy environment with changing priorities;
  • Possess great attention to detail and autonomy;
  • Understanding of databases;
  • Experience with SQL (MySQL and/or PostGRES);
  • Minimum 2 year of support experience in a web-based environment;
  • Proven knowledge of scripting language (bash, python, perl, html).
