Our company is looking for a Operations Support Clerk to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Other duties as assigned;
  • Help coordinate and supervise the activities with the processing team;
  • Prepare all department documentation;
  • Assist team with troubleshooting any RF Issues;
  • Supporting activities on the floor as required,( RF Scan, pick, pack, Fill Active);
  • Ensure that all productivity reports are accurate and achieved to maintain service level standards;
  • Manage order flow in the system (PKMS) and on the floor with the team;
  • Respond to all internal or client inquiries (via telephone, email, fax or in person) in a professional, polite manner;
  • Data entry for multiple customers.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills: verbal, written, listening;
  • Excellent keyboarding skills well versed in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word;
  • Knowledge and experience using PkMS and Navigator an asset;
  • Detail orientated & comfortable working in a fast-paced environment;
  • Able and willing to work overtime as required in order to meet time-sensitive service level standards;
  • RF scanning experience is an asset;
  • Able to work with multiple systems simultaneously. – The ability to lift up to 50 lbs;
  • 1-2 years experience in a distribution, transportation and/or logistics environment is an asset;
  • Minimum High School diploma; College diploma preferred;
  • Clean criminal background;
  • Safety shoes are a must;
  • Warehouse and/or retail experience preferred;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. Proven ability to encourage and motivate others in a positive manner.
