Our company is looking for a Operations & Guest Experience Supervisor to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures that the check-in process is both timely and simple for all guests;
- Maintains ongoing communication with all team members and reports back to the Operations Manager;
- Assists in hiring the marine/guest experience teams;
- Oversees daily operations/guest experience offices – first point of contact for Guest Experience Representatives.
Requirements:
- Possesses excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English;
- Demonstrates superior attention to detail, a commitment to quality, effective time management and organizational skills;
- Demonstrates a fundamental understanding of the tourism industry through education and/or experience;
- Possesses the ability to think on their feet, prioritizing tasks to achieve specific goals;
- Co-operates and willingly accepts special assignments from the Operations Manager;
- Demonstrates the desire to lead the teams and the influence of a unified company culture.
