Human Resources Manager, Compensation Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Human Resources Manager, Compensation to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Support Geotab global strategic initiatives;
- Effectively build and lead a team; work with all levels of the organization and support the HR team;
- Provide expert project leadership and guidance to team as SME;
- Prepare detailed analytical reports on pay analysis, performance management, budget, and policy recommendations;
- Identify and highlight significant risks and opportunities based on current market trends;
- Own, participate and coordinate the compensation committee and committee meetings;
- Ensure compliance to regulations regarding pay throughout the organization;
- Propose annual merit increase guidelines and lead the increase process from planning to execution, including communication;
- Oversee M&A activities related to aligning compensation, benefits and total rewards, as required;
- Manage and oversee compensation information within the HRIS.
Requirements:
- Experience in HRIS integration;
- Knowledgeable about current legislation impacting pay programs;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem solve to well-judged decisions;
- Global experience in multiple countries considered an asset;
- High accuracy and meticulous attention to detail;
- Proven superior research and data skills, including both qualitative and quantitative skills;
- Strong project management skills; able to identify needs, develop effective solutions and manage projects through to completion;
- 7+ years of Compensation and HR management at a global level.
