Front Desk Agents serve as the first point of contact for guests, managing reservations, check-ins, and customer service inquiries. Responsibilities include handling administrative tasks, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests upon their arrival and provide them with information about the hotel and its amenities
  • Check-in guests by verifying their reservation, processing their payment, and issuing room keys
  • Assist guests with their luggage and escort them to their rooms, if necessary
  • Answer telephone calls, book reservations, and provide information about the hotel and its services
  • Respond to guest complaints and ensure that they are resolved promptly and to the guest's satisfaction
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to provide guests with exceptional service and ensure that their stay is enjoyable

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with guests, team members, and management

  • Proficient in basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel software systems
  • Professional and polished appearance, with a strong attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Previous experience in a customer service or front desk position is preferred
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
  • Fluency in a second language is a plus
