Our company is looking for a Director of HR and Talent Management Lead to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Promote HR process standardization and process improvement based on feedback from leaders, managers, and employees;
- Provide insightful data to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions;
- Partner with business leaders and HR colleagues to identify and set short and long term HR metrics based on business plans and local business goals;
- Partner with business leaders and HR colleagues in the creation of communication strategy, including drafting communications;
- Managing, coaching and developing a team a 3 (including 2 HRBP Generalists, and 1 Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Coordinator).
Requirements:
- Ability to recognize trends and develop recommendations based on data analysis;
- Demonstrated strong project management skills with multi-tasking abilities;
- Strong background in creating and executing HR strategy, organizational design, employee relations, and talent management programs;
- Experience leading or having strong participation in a major change or transformation projects and organizational design changes;
- Critical thinking and ability to handle complexity;
- 8+ years of years of experience in a strategic HR role;
- Experience leading a team;
- Ability to leverage a diverse workforce and create an inclusive high touch employee experience;
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field;
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
