Our company is looking for a Director of HR and Talent Management Lead to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote HR process standardization and process improvement based on feedback from leaders, managers, and employees;
  • Provide insightful data to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions;
  • Partner with business leaders and HR colleagues to identify and set short and long term HR metrics based on business plans and local business goals;

Requirements:

  • Strong background in creating and executing HR strategy, organizational design, employee relations, and talent management programs;
  • Experience leading or having strong participation in a major change or transformation projects and organizational design changes;
  • Critical thinking and ability to handle complexity;
  • 8+ years of years of experience in a strategic HR role;
  • Experience leading a team;
  • Ability to leverage a diverse workforce and create an inclusive high touch employee experience;
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field;
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
