Our company is looking for a Commercial Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Salesforce and account maintenance;
- Assist with incentives and incentive management;
- Provide administrative support to the commercial team (budget, invoices, meeting management, office management, travel arrangements);
- Create compelling and creative presentations including research, graphics, structure, etc;
- Maintain sales & training materials such as pitch decks,, and partner marketing assets;
- French language support and correspondence as required;
- Monitor, track, and report on partner performance.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills (bilingual English / French);
- Strong self-starter that takes initiative/ability to work independently;
- A passion for travel;
- Experience working with Salesforce;
- Travel industry or startup experience preferred;
- Proficient in G Suite and Microsoft Office.
