Our company is looking for a Commercial Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce and account maintenance;
  • Assist with incentives and incentive management;
  • Provide administrative support to the commercial team (budget, invoices, meeting management, office management, travel arrangements);
  • Create compelling and creative presentations including research, graphics, structure, etc;
  • Maintain sales & training materials such as pitch decks,, and partner marketing assets;
  • French language support and correspondence as required;
  • Monitor, track, and report on partner performance.

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills (bilingual English / French);
  • Strong self-starter that takes initiative/ability to work independently;
  • A passion for travel;
  • Experience working with Salesforce;
  • Travel industry or startup experience preferred;
  • Proficient in G Suite and Microsoft Office.
