Client Implementation and Support Specialist Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Client Implementation and Support Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Be an active member in the creation and review of support delivery processes including installations, trainings, support, and release notes;
- As an EMR implementation / support specialist, take ownership of the installations assigned to you;
- Analyze issues and recommend solutions;
- Provide customer feedback and input towards product development for client needs and supportability;
- Communicate with developers to identify application defects;
- Work to understand the client’s needs; adapt them to the EMR product as you introduce and train its use;
- Contribute in the creation of product documentation and training material;
- Research and resolve customer issues including mission critical support requests and application defects;
- Provide support and training on our EMR applications, third party applications, and other hardware solutions;
- Analyze and resolve application and hardware based problems;
- Support and assist the Helpdesk team on support related issues;
- Actively participate and give feedback on product rollout and new development projects.
Requirements:
- Able to work 8 hour shifts between 8am and 8pm;
- Driven to provide outstanding customer experiences;
- Able to work Saturday and Sunday shifts as required;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Bilingual in French and English an asset but not a requirement;
- Ability to explain and communicate technology to end users;
- Willingness to travel overnight as much as 35%
- Current and valid driver’s license;
- Time management.
