  • Processing of all invoices and deposits;
  • Prepare month end property reconciliations;

Requirements:

  • Detail oriented with high level of accuracy;
  • Minimum 3 years recent accounting experience specific to property management;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Excellent experience and knowledge with Quickbooks or Sage;
  • Excellent excel, strong knowledge of MS Office, word and outloot.
