Bookkeeper – Property Management Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Bookkeeper – Property Management to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with preparation of month end financial statements;
- Accounts payable;
- Processing of all invoices and deposits;
- Prepare month end property reconciliations;
- Accounts receivable;
- Data entry of all financial information, journal entries.
Requirements:
- Detail oriented with high level of accuracy;
- Minimum 3 years recent accounting experience specific to property management;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Excellent experience and knowledge with Quickbooks or Sage;
- Excellent excel, strong knowledge of MS Office, word and outloot.
