Our company is looking for a Bookkeeper / Accounting Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Completing bank reconciliations, AP/AR, GST returns, and T4/T5 forms;
  • Keep and maintain bookkeeping systems;
  • Closely monitors the day to day processing of accounts payable establishing and maintaining a schedule that most benefits the;
  • Creating time efficiencies and managing your schedule with multiple deadlines;
  • Providing bookkeeping services to various clients, primarily using QuickBooks Online and Desktop;
  • Contributing to our positive team dynamic with all levels of staff and management.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
  • Strong financial and operational management skills;
  • 2+ years of experience as Bookkeeper with good experience working in corporate setting;
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and work on multiple tasks simultaneously and balance priorities;
  • Good English language skills;
  • Must be able to work independently;
  • College Diploma, Bookkeeping, Business Administration, Accounting, Financial Analysis;
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Experience working with Business Sage Works;
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
