Bilingual Customer Support Representative Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Support Representative to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of customers problems and concerns and identify/ recommend continuous improvements;
- Answer customer phone calls and emails to resolve client problems and inquiries;
- Establish and maintain good customer relations with both internal and external customers;
- Diffuse difficult customer situations; focus on providing solutions;
- Handling multiple customer situations and temperaments while performing repetitive tasks;
- Quality control. Review content and perk offers, test links and geotags. Ensure accurate information is displayed on the website;
- Participate in the translation and distribution of sales and marketing collateral.
Requirements:
- Open-mind, creative and flexible mindset;
- Must have strong communication skills in both English and French; strong written French skills (comfortable with proof reading and light translation);
- Must have strong collaborative communication skills; ability to explain website navigation to non-technical audiences;
- 1 years of bilingual customer service experience;
- Must be passionate and care about the end-result and the end-user;
- Completed post-secondary diploma or degree;
- Excellent overall communication and interpersonal skills.
