Bilingual Customer Service (Chemistry Background) Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service (Chemistry Background) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate requests for quotations (RFQ), project specifications and drawings;
- Perform calculations, equipment sizing, and product selection for the preparation of project quotations;
- Prepare shop drawings and technical operating manual packages for contractors and engineering consultants;
- Create and update product specification sheets and shop drawings for new line of chemicals and equipment;
- Respond to inquiries regarding submissions, orders, invoices, products, and fulfill requests for product safety documents and technical information.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Chemistry, related science or engineering;
- A minimum of 1 year of professional and/or Inside Sales Support experience is preferred;
- Ability to take initiative, and work towards continuous improvement;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability handle various project deadlines;
- Self-motivated individual with a willingness to learn the products and technical services in detail;
- Fluent in French and English is mandatory.
