The TV production assistant is responsible for supporting all aspects of television production, such as coordinating schedules, setting up and monitoring equipment, assisting with transportation arrangements, managing paperwork, and providing general production assistance. They perform essential tasks to ensure the smooth running of a TV production.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the production team in all stages of TV production, from pre-production to post-production
  • Coordinate and schedule shoots, meetings, and other production-related events
  • Assist with research and fact-checking for scripts and other production materials
  • Assist with script supervision and continuity during shoots
  • Organize and maintain production files, including paperwork, release forms, and contracts
  • Assist with equipment set-up and breakdown
  • Assist with talent and crew management, including booking travel and accommodations
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by the production manager or director

Requirements:
