Social Media and Marketing Intern Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Social Media and Marketing Intern to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Programming of publication on Facebook pages, LinkedIn;
- Collaboration with the photographer, the artistic director, and the various managers;
- Publications on Instagram;
- Media inventory management;
- Writing of”captions” and creation of simple computer graphics;
- Search for communication concepts;
- Management of comments and opinions on Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc;
- Instagram feed management.
Requirements:
- Must have previous experience or education in communications, marketing, PR, event planning, sales;
- Detail oriented & strong organizational skills;
- Experience in photography and access to photoshop programs is a must;
- Experience in working with wordpress is a must;
- Experience in working with constant contact or e-marketing platforms is an asset;
- Excellent Communication skills;
- Must have flexibility in being available to work evenings, early mornings and weekends;
- Previous experience in event planning or event management is an asset;
- Experience in running social media accounts for small businesses is a must;
- Social media experience;
- BAC, DEC in Communication/Marketing or other relevant field;
- Customer Service experience;
- Ease with MS Office suite, mobile applications and web apps;
- Adwords certification and media buying experience are assets;
- English/French editing without error.
