Our company is looking for a Marketing co-ordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Keep in touch with the media, establish a good relationship with the exhibition organizers (such as China International Import Expo);
- Develop, coordinate and implement short and long-term marketing strategies and advertising campaigns in order to create and increase brand awareness;
- Design research, survey, questionnaire and other documentations;
- Organize the meetings, talks, and presentations to introduce, promote and increase the popularity and sales volume for the products;
- Direct the preparation of brochures, flyers, press releases, newsletters, presentations materials in the marketing activities;
- Conduct survey and gather opinion, comments and feedback for the purpose of identifying issues and resolutions;
- Plan and implement the advertising strategies in the different marketing events, develop the online and offline product promotion activities;
- Develop the advertising materials to increase the market shares in the local and Asian market;
- Coordinate with advertising agencies regarding production of promotional materials and programs;
- Explore and evaluate new business opportunities;
- Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material;
- Prepare or oversee preparation of reports, briefs, bibliographies, speeches, presentations, Website content and press releases;
- Develop events for publicity and information purposes;
- Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies and programs;
- Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals.
Requirements:
- College diploma or above is required;
- Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Power Point;
- Working experience in marketing or related discipline is an asset;
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, outgoing and creative.
