Our company is looking for a Marketing co-ordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Keep in touch with the media, establish a good relationship with the exhibition organizers (such as China International Import Expo);
  • Develop, coordinate and implement short and long-term marketing strategies and advertising campaigns in order to create and increase brand awareness;
  • Design research, survey, questionnaire and other documentations;
  • Organize the meetings, talks, and presentations to introduce, promote and increase the popularity and sales volume for the products;
  • Direct the preparation of brochures, flyers, press releases, newsletters, presentations materials in the marketing activities;
  • Conduct survey and gather opinion, comments and feedback for the purpose of identifying issues and resolutions;
  • Plan and implement the advertising strategies in the different marketing events, develop the online and offline product promotion activities;
  • Develop the advertising materials to increase the market shares in the local and Asian market;
  • Coordinate with advertising agencies regarding production of promotional materials and programs;
  • Explore and evaluate new business opportunities;
  • Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material;
  • Prepare or oversee preparation of reports, briefs, bibliographies, speeches, presentations, Website content and press releases;
  • Develop events for publicity and information purposes;
  • Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies and programs;
  • Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals.

Requirements:

  • College diploma or above is required;
  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Power Point;
  • Working experience in marketing or related discipline is an asset;
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, outgoing and creative.
