Senior Sales & Operations Analyst Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Senior Sales & Operations Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direction and training to our inside and field sales teams to maintain best practice execution of our sales workflows on Salesforce.com;
- Assist with sales tool training and enablement including preparing and delivering training slides and videos as needed;
- Develop and maintain our core reporting dashboards in Salesforce and InsightSquared;
- Responsible for preparing quarterly Board analysis and slides and proactively provide insights on trends to support decision making;
- Ensure the sales engine operates smoothly and efficiently by identifying and resolving process inefficiencies;
- Develop and maintain robust suite of reporting/analytics that uncover key performance insights/intelligence for sales leadership;
- Assist with territory planning and analysis and any other ad-hoc reports and visualizations as needed;
- Assist in the weekly forecasting cadence to help Sales teams achieve predictable revenue growth;
- Manage our remote data cleanliness and enrichment team and ongoing data initiatives.
Requirements:
- Experience with Access and Business Intelligence tools;
- Enjoys a fast paced, dynamic sales environment;
- Advanced Excel modelling skills (pivot tables, vlookup and match formulas, complex charts and graphs);
- Bachelor’s degree preferred;
- Advanced Powerpoint, GoogleSlides experience;
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to execute on multiple tasks and projects with minimal direction;
- 5+ years sales forecasting, sales data analysis and general sales operations experience;
- Strong knowledge of inside sales and field sales work flows, task management, and tools (Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Pardot, LinkedIn Navigator).
