Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience working with youth in a leadership capacity or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with youth, parents, and community members.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to plan, coordinate, and execute youth programs and events.
  • Knowledge of youth development principles and ability to create and implement age-appropriate activities and programming.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff and volunteers to achieve organizational goals.
  • Passion for working with youth and desire to make a positive impact in their lives.
  • Ability to pass a background check and comply with all organizational policies and procedures.
