Our company is looking for a systems implementers/trainers to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor the project;
- Test new features and assist with product functionality documentationt;
- Provide initial client support during implementation and secondary line support thereafter;
- Train end users on TRIFORCE;
- Define client requirements and ensure they are communicated both internally and externally in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Experience in training end users;
- A solid accounting background, with experience in advanced manufacturing and distribution is essential;
- Flexibility and ability to be a team player;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Minimum of five years experience in larger application business systems implementation and management;
- Project management skills.
