Our company is looking for a Senior Team Lead – Ad Operations to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor campaign delivery to ensure campaigns are running as expected and targeted objectives are met;
  • Manage a team of 20+ people;
  • Responsible for identifying and managing campaign KPIs as agreed upon by sales & agency;
  • Work closely with other offices, account management and sales teams;
  • Implementation and optimization of advertising campaigns (Smart TV);
  • Monitor work done by the team;
  • Key responsibility will include campaign execution, optimization, and managing day-to-day ad campaign success;
  • Perform team member’s performance evaluation;
  • Align with inventory team on inventory needs and requirements;
  • Perform quality control of creatives, directly on the TVs;
  • Coach and train team leads and team members on the above;
  • Analyze campaign data, make applicable optimizations to campaigns to meet the campaign goals;
  • Produce reports and recommendations;
  • Take part in the hiring and training of new team members.

Requirements:

  • Able to advise and troubleshoot Pixel Management; tagging required for retargeting or measurement/attribution purposes;
  • Experience in a quantitative field, including: a DSP or SSP/exchange with advanced analytics and optimization capabilities;
  • Very attentive to details and very rigorous;
  • Computer literate with superior knowledge of Excel; vlookup, pivot tables and other such functions;
  • Able to troubleshoot complicated discrepancies between DSP and ad servers, DSPs and SSPs or SSPs and ad servers;
  • Customer service mentality; professional communication skills, both internally and externally with customers;
  • A nice to have is Valued programming knowledge: XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and Python;
  • Additional knowledge on advertiser end ad servers such as DCM, Sizmek is a plus;
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and resolve problems in a timely manner;
  • Highly motivated to learn and work in digital technologies;
  • 7+ years’ experience in a management position;
  • Experience working with global counterparts and managing teams operating 24/7;
  • Experienced team manager, managing teams in online advertising who support global partners 24 / 7;
  • Great understanding of the business needs of both advertisers and publishers in regards to online advertising;
  • Knowledge of CTV online advertising and Smart TV ecosystem.
