Sales Account Representative Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Sales Account Representative to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Grow commercial sales and prospect businesses;
- Promote Kitco’s refining services;
- Follow up on leads (outbound cold calls and emails);
- Maintain customer relationships: responding to questions about ongoing and new services;
- Generate leads through email campaigns, social media, websites, calls, client visits and promotional materials;
- Produce weekly/quarterly progress reports of campaigns related to sales;
- Maintain knowledge of customer environments, options and continuously updating understanding of customer needs;
- Maintain positive and effective customer relationships;
- Research potential accounts, identify key players and generate interest;
- Understand customer needs and requirements;
- Continuous learning and understanding of our diverse marketplace;
- Follow up with customers to gage customer satisfaction and deliver summary reports;
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound leads.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Positive attitude, outgoing, professional and reliable;
- Note: Excel expertise should be advanced;
- Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks efficiently;
- Proficiency with MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
