Our company is looking for a Sales Account Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Grow commercial sales and prospect businesses;
  • Promote Kitco’s refining services;
  • Follow up on leads (outbound cold calls and emails);
  • Maintain customer relationships: responding to questions about ongoing and new services;
  • Generate leads through email campaigns, social media, websites, calls, client visits and promotional materials;
  • Produce weekly/quarterly progress reports of campaigns related to sales;
  • Maintain knowledge of customer environments, options and continuously updating understanding of customer needs;
  • Maintain positive and effective customer relationships;
  • Research potential accounts, identify key players and generate interest;
  • Understand customer needs and requirements;
  • Continuous learning and understanding of our diverse marketplace;
  • Follow up with customers to gage customer satisfaction and deliver summary reports;
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound leads.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Positive attitude, outgoing, professional and reliable;
  • Note: Excel expertise should be advanced;
  • Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks efficiently;
  • Proficiency with MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
