Our company is looking for a Retail Operations Lead to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Be accountable to the development of the required SOP’s, tools and resources as we scale;
- Be accountable to the development of processes to assist with in new store openings to ensure consistency and accuracy across all locations;
- Constantly identify opportunities to improve processes and tools as we scale and grow;
- Support execution of all retail events;
- Review and update retail policies, procedures and process standards to improve retail performance and to build for scale.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills – ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization in a written and oral manner;
- English, Native or bilingual proficiency;
- Constantly strives to improve (never settles);
- Flexibility to travel as needed;
- Strong understanding of retail operations;
