Responsibilities:

  • Be accountable to the development of the required SOP’s, tools and resources as we scale;
  • Be accountable to the development of processes to assist with in new store openings to ensure consistency and accuracy across all locations;
  • Constantly identify opportunities to improve processes and tools as we scale and grow;
  • Support execution of all retail events;
  • Review and update retail policies, procedures and process standards to improve retail performance and to build for scale.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills – ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization in a written and oral manner;
  • English, Native or bilingual proficiency;
  • Constantly strives to improve (never settles);
  • Flexibility to travel as needed;
  • Strong understanding of retail operations;
  • Ability to drive measurable, sustainable results;
