Regional Director Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Regional Director to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to resource fundraising, maintaining relationships with donors and regional sponsors;
- Provide superior employee management;
- Encourages team building with communication and a positive attitude;
- Responsible for Business Intelligence spend analysis to identify sourcing and value creation opportunities;
- Continually manage/assess suppliers through scorecards;
- Establish and maintain relationships within Americas’ Leadership across all business lines;
- Identify risks and opportunities to management, and recommend strategies to achieve company goals;
- Efficient strategic planning, implementing goals and leadership excellence;
- Own sourcing compliance and controls across the region. Identify and develop opportunities for improvement;
- Provide superior client service through providing objective recommendations;
- Provide strategic vision for all Sourcing and Procurement aspects of business including best practices and innovation;
- Responsible for annual events and campaigns both Nationally and Regionally with the ability to work in a multi-tiered environment;
- Effectively manage supplier(s) to ensure overall performance expectations are met across the region and associated accounts;
- Establish defined Career Paths for teams, and succession and growth planning concepts;
- Comply with all JLL and client policies and procedures, including but not limited to ethics and business practice.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with individuals with a wide range of backgrounds and perspectives;
- A high degree of diplomacy and tact;
- Strong interest in team building and internal dynamics;
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, and the ability to work collectively with a team;
