Our company is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize the submission of pre-construction and ongoing deliverables including all submittals and shop drawings;
  • Prepare and distribute accurate and detailed site coordination meeting minutes in a timely manner;
  • Supplying coveralls as required by field project teams;
  • Supervising arrangements for Drug and Alcohol testing;
  • Treat all customers, internal and external, with respect, courtesy and integrity;
  • Perform additional assignments per supervisor’s direction;
  • Strong team player who collaborates well within a team and can support a team to achieve project goals;
  • Use MS Project to update the project schedule;
  • Liaise and manage multiple vendor organizations;
  • Manage and track project decisions, action items, risk, issues and change requests;
  • Prepare and coordinate monthly project reports and governance committees material;
  • Support the Project Manager with other project responsibilities as requested;
  • Assist in project coordination and synchronization of tasks;
  • Compile, prepare and submit monthly job progress summaries;
  • Data Entry.

Requirements:

  • Should have 1-2 years Civil Construction or Structural Construction experience;
  • Ability to multi-task, problem solve and handle stress;
  • Demonstrated knowledge of all types and sizes of underground utilities piping including water, wastewater and storm sewer systems;
  • Ability to work independently and in teams, take initiative and use good judgment;
  • Manage internal and 3 rd party vendors on their deliverables;
  • An interest in or knowledge of the property sector would be a major advantage;
  • Bilingual – French and English;
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Web/multimedia production;
  • Knowledge and experience with CRM platforms (i.e Zoho);
  • Ensure accountability with our manufactures;
  • Knowledge of – and ability to edit – basic HTML;
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar project support role;
  • CAPM or Project Management course;
  • Confident across whole Microsoft Office package;
  • Ensure customer is contacted during key milestones of the project.
