- Managing company account passwords, logins;
- Arranging couriers, liaising with office vendors, ordering office supplies;
- Managing staff schedules, leaves, calendars;
- Troubleshooting basic IT needs;
- General administrative duties;
- Book travel arrangements;
- Reception, welcoming and greeting clients and visitors, answering a busy phone with a positive and outgoing attitude;

- Supporting the team to ensure smooth, day-to-day operations of the front office;
- Oversees company laptop usage.
