Our company is looking for a Media Experts – Supervisor, Search Marketing Systems to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Help lead and coach a team of analysts and coordinators, enforcing processes and driving strategy and thought leadership;
  • Effectively optimize campaigns to drive performance improvements;
  • Test new product innovations (betas) to drive innovation and ensure campaign strategies and tactics are cutting edge and stand out from the crowd;
  • Understand tracking, how to set up tags, test them on the site, and implement custom floodlight variables;
  • Create promotional text ads for use with a variety of campaigns across different publishers;
  • Develop strong client relationships with the ability to lead client calls, answer strategic questions on the fly with limited assistance;
  • Effectively manage budgets for some of our most high profile accounts;
  • Monitor and report on PPC campaign performance through the use of Web Analytics Software, Bid Management Platforms;
  • Devise creative and integrated strategies, develop A/B tests and innovate to break through the clutter in the search results pages;
  • Conduct keyword research, analysis, bucketing, and matching in order to develop quality keyword lists.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical & research skills with an innate ability to think outside the box;
  • Knowledge of Social Media and SEO is an asset;
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Omniture, WebTrends & comScore;
  • Experience with A/B and/or Multivariate testing concepts is an asset;
  • Experience using Ad Serving technologies like Doubleclick Search and DFA is an asset;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English;
  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field;
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a very fast paced environment;
  • Proven track record of success in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns;
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Search Marketing (SEO/PPC);
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint;
  • Google Adwords Advanced Certification and Bing Ads Certificate is an asset;
  • Minimum of 1 year of client service and/or customer management experience.
