Our company is looking for a Marketing Intern to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assistance with PO’s and invoices, and maintaining the budget tracker;
  • Support the International Marketing team in the development of the International brand plan and its execution;
  • Assist the Sales team with Trade Marketing duties as and when needed;
  • Assist the Marketing Managers on various marketing decks and preparation of ad-hoc presentations;
  • Supporting day to day relationship with media agencies that are responsible for executing online campaigns;
  • Competitive analysis and research reporting – online and in-store;
  • Proof packaging or sales communication to ensure content accuracy;
  • Update key tools shared by Marketing and Sales;
  • Identify and cultivate new content and outreach partnerships with brand ambassadors and influencers through a metric-based approach;
  • Synthesize and analyze market data;
  • Assist in the development of the marketing plan for a future strategic launch;
  • Keep excellent written records of all correspondence in line with policies and procedures while maintaining marketing databases and tracking documents;
  • Monitor competitive activity;
  • Provide administrative support to the management team;
  • Provide insights & recommendations addressing key findings in the data.

Requirements:

  • Must be well organised and disciplined with the ability to plan workload effectively;
  • Fluent in English, any other European language (Italian, Spanish, Polish) is a plus;
  • Some previous work experience and genuine interest in gaming;
  • Must be able to communicate with people at all levels in a professional and mature manner;
  • Learn to plan and conduct meetings with C-level management and other members of the sales and business development team;
  • Excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and some experience of using databases preferred;
  • Creativity and innovative thinking, with strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude;
  • Understanding of the marketing principles and a keen interest in the marketing function – Marketing or Business Administration undergraduate preferred;
  • Positive friendly demeanor, interpersonal with exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
  • Someone who loves learning and is passionate about supporting customers;
  • Adept at analysing data to create informed influencer partnership decisions;
  • Post-secondary education diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Public Relations or related field;
  • An individual who cares deeply about creating a unique brand experience;
  • Ability to prioritize workload and handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Reliable, independent and able to work flexible hours with minimal supervision or direction.
