Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement leasing strategies to meet or exceed set targets
- Manage and lead the leasing team to ensure they are meeting performance goals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in leasing or property management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, tenants, and team members
- Knowledge of local rental laws and regulations
- Ability to develop and implement leasing strategies to increase occupancy and revenue
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple properties and tasks simultaneously
- Experience in leading and managing a leasing team is preferred
