Our company is looking for a Junior Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately and timely prepares all revenue tracking reports as directed by the Food and Beverage Director and shoreside guidelines;
  • Conducts the Crew Cambusa Sales and accurately enters data into the Cambusa database per policies and procedures;
  • Regularly helps the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager prepare and update all Food and Beverage maintenance logs and technical defects;
  • Invoices picklists in conjunction with the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager;
  • Helps inspect received goods for appropriate quantity and quality as time permits;
  • Regularly prepares the End-Of-Cruise Bar Reporting Form for senior Food and Beverage Management;
  • Willingly helps prepare cocktail party and other function reports for the Bar Manager;
  • Collaborates with the Bar Supervisor in charge to ensure soda vending machines around all crew areas are posted and reconciled correctly.

Requirements:

  • Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written;
  • Ability to work independently and resolve complex issues from crew and management;
  • Extensive experience and knowledge in all aspects of hotel/cruise ship Food and Beverage operations;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Hospitality in a F&B middle Management position;
  • Graduate of a recognized hotel/catering/culinary school;
  • Proficiency in the use of computer based programs.
