Responsibilities:

  • Providing advice and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment law

  • Managing employee relations issues, including conducting investigations, resolving conflicts, and addressing grievances

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar role
  • Knowledge of HR functions (benefits, compensation, recruitment, training & development, etc.)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Familiarity with HR software, such as HRIS and ATS
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
