Our company is looking for a Enterprise Sales Director to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting into the Head of Growth and Operations;
  • This role primarily is focused on bringing in net new logos;
  • Leads will usually be provided by marketing, BDRs and referrals or the board/investors, but cold outreach is also required;
  • You will be selling their Transformations solutions into Enterprise companies across North America;
  • Working from their Toronto office, with some travel expected (Customer Success team usually onsite with clients for demos and implementation).

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years proven experience closing large and mid-sized enterprise accounts;
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM;
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent;
  • 6+ years in senior-level management within the SaaS sector;
  • Able to travel 1-2 weeks per quarter for business meetings and trade shows;
  • 5+ years of direct sales experience;
  • A proven sales track record of meeting or exceeding quotas reliably;
  • 2+ years of experience breaking into new markets or territories successfully;
  • Discipline, organizational and time management skills to work with a high amount of autonomy while delivering results;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Master-level technical sales and product knowledge;
  • A stellar customer service attitude;
  • 3+ years of Enterprise SAAS sales experience;
  • Strong grasp of marketing principles;
  • Effective presentation skills.
