Our company is looking for a Chief Executive Officer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Professionally and courteously handle all inquiries, feedback, complaints or concerns;
  • Ensure a high level of cleaning standards are maintained through regular contact and proactive attention to facility and client needs;
  • Work with Board’s Opportunities committee in order to pursue and identify potential opportunities;
  • Develop business development initiatives (partnerships, collaborations, etc.) that are consistent with CQDM strategic goals;
  • Build and cultivate a world-class team, celebrates successes and acts quickly and decisively in addressing performance shortfalls;
  • Overall, manage the Human, Material and Financial resources of the Airport. Manage the day to day operations of the Airport;
  • Other duties as required to achieve the vision, mission and objectives of the organization;
  • Prepare annual budgets and monitor performance against the approved budgets;
  • Establish credibility throughout the organization and with the PE Firm as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges;
  • Clean all common areas according to established standards and frequencies;
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Board of Directors;
  • Detailed cleaning and maintenance of washrooms;
  • Assume responsibility for the overall strength and financial health of the organization;
  • Analysing trends and policy including bringing a gendered and cultural lens to violence against women and children; and;
  • Maintaining effective professional relationships and liaison with key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate and model a calm and professional presence in interactions with all stakeholders;
  • Ability to approach vendors and utilize successful negotiation/contract practices;
  • Must have the ability to follow directions;
  • Think in innovative and creative ways to lead changes to improve service delivery;
  • Exceptional leadership, interpersonal and communications skills;
  • Ability to lift, push and pull heavy objects including garbage bins and furniture;
  • Experience in the insurance industry or a brokerage is preferred;
  • Proven track record of growing market share and creating customer service excellence in a similar organization;
  • A CPA designation and/or a business degree is an asset;
  • Extensive strategic and operational planning experience;
  • Ability to work on call;
  • A minimum of 5 years’ in a senior operational leadership role;
  • The successful applicants will be required to participate in all training programs applicable to this position;
  • Excellent business development, financial acumen and analytical skills;
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, organization and communication skills.
