Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in banquet service
  • Ability to manage and lead a team of servers, bartenders, and support staff

  • Knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine and cocktail service
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized banquet room
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed
