Our company is looking for a Automotive Business / Finance Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with the customers as per guidelines / scripts;
- Follow all OMVIC regulations;
- Collect and review information and documents before sending application to Financial Institution;
- Accompany the customers during the test drive. Obtain a copy of the customers Driver’s License before test drive;
- Professional conduct needs analysis and provide solutions and options for our customers;
- Discuss and educate client on current lender requirements;
- Consult Finance Institutions to obtain funding options;
- Work with your customers to identify their wants and needs in a vehicle and work with the lenders to satisfy those needs;
- Monitor DealerTrack and schedule appointments with customers;
- Support new Finance Coordinators in all areas of training.
Requirements:
- Friendly attitude & positive team participation skills;
- Strong communication skills;
- Valid G Driver’s License and acceptable driving record;
- Working knowledge of auto sales – automotive financing and sub-prime understanding a benefit;
- High school education or equivalent;
- Above average computer skills;
- OMVIC Certification Completed;
- Procedures and policies of an auto dealership sales department.
